Hello (nearly) July, where did June and the 4 months before that go?

June has been a weird month. I handed in my 2nd year of Uni modules and after that I was a bit lost. I bought a planner to help, but I won’t tell you too much about that as I have a blog post coming soon!

MY TOP THINGS TO DO AFTER LOCKDOWN

Like all of us, we were looking forward to going somewhere this year, whether that was a hot beach holiday, visiting somewhere more city based or just somewhere they love. Now holidays are most likely a no go this year, I thought I’d share some of the places I want to visit after lockdown.

Whilst in lockdown I have definitely been reminiscing over some of my favourite places but also researching and looking into new places I want to visit, and my bucket list locations.

But there are definitely some top places I want to visit...

THE GUIDE TO FLUFFY PANCAKES

As we are all stuck inside wondering what to do apart from binge watch Netflix, making pancakes is the perfect solution! What better way to spend your day (or morning) than making the perfect snack.

These aren't your everyday pancakes, (but you couldn't tell the difference).
The recipe is made from sour cream, which I know, yes, is slightly weird. BUT, It's a very good way of using left over food without it going to waste.
